Ford 2000 diesel running ruff and missing

I have a ford 2000 diesel last year I put all new injectors in it,I got it started with no problem it ran great for about an hour I was using my bush hog it started running ruff and began to miss,I was told it was the injector pump. Before I spend big money I would like to have some of your views on this . Taft farmer

Could start with checking carefully for any fuel line leaks & fuel filter leak around the gasket. Does take much for it to suck air. Haven't had a lot of experience with injector pumps but what I have had is the the engine goes wide open or it doesn't run.

Thank you all my connections are tight filters are new there is a full flow of fuel al the way to the injectors, but I will check again

Did you use new copper gaskets when installing the new injectors?

Seems odd the injector pump would go bad all of a sudden. I agree it sounds like it is getting air in somewhere, it takes a very small amount for it to run badly.

Can't help you much but just wanted to say:
Always, always mention whether you have a 1962-65 4 cylinder 2000 or a 65-75 3 cylinder 2000.
Same model # but completely different machines.
