Ford 2120 HSS system wont move in forward or reverse

I have a ford 2120 that will not move in forward or reverse. The diode in the HSS system is bad, anybody know here you can by a replacement diode instead of the whole HSS unit the picture is the diode I need

The diode is color banded. That should tell you the exact diode you need. Carefully de-solder the diode from the board, then solder on the new diode. If you haven't done this work before read up on cold soldering, and proper soldering techniques. I have fixed electronic boards in the past like you are doing. Been successful so far.
