Its a Ford 4000 with a loader. The industrial 4400 has the solid front axle. Usually the tractor is Blue and the sheet metal/loader are yellow.

I should've said its a 4000 with non-adjustable front end. He has spindle arms, drag links, radius rods and steering cylinders so it can't be a 4400 industrial.

now that i think about it. a 4410 has a front end like that I believe.

OK I have a bunch of numbers and have tried to decipher them on tractordata D4114C - apparently would make this a utility tractor not an industrial as I was told It says Force 4000 Utility Diesel PTO Independent 540 8 speed What is a utility tractor? 9C28B - 1969 March 28th Day shift C234351 Made in USA 1969 but what does this give me for HP cause it says 41 hp for early and 55 hp for late production
