Ford 4600su what goes in this hole.

Rebuilding a 3 cyl diesel for 4600su. Started and then had to stop. I didn't back up cell phone pictures and destroyed phone. I'm trying to remember what went in this port/hole? Located on block right above oil filter.

I’m thinking it was just a pipe plug
