Ford 4610 rear remotes leaking. Rebuildable??

I have an 88' Ford 4610 with dual rear SCVs. One or more of the outlets are leaking and I need to know if they can be rebuilt or serviced. Here is the pic of the unit. It has the numbers 26-05-052-901 stamped in the casting. Any info about this is greatly appreciated.

You can replace the coupler barrels and convert them to leverless style at the same time.

You can replace the coupler barrels and convert them to leverless style at the same time.

Can you tell me where to find these parts. I've searched for replacement parts for the unit but didnt find anything

New Holland part #F1NNS938AB is the conversion kit. Not sure if one kit updates a single coupler body or the coupler pair on one remote valve.
