Ford 545-A hydrolic fluid, power steering, and tranny fluid question

I recently bought my neighbors tractor a Ford 545-A. I know all the fluids run off the same hydrolic fluid. My question is what brand and type is recommended ?

I called a Moble machanic and he told me to buy only Petra red all purpose hydrolic fluid, I called the two places he said carried it and they said they dont carry it. Napa has a heavy duty all purpose hydrolic fluid for tractors, that use a common fluid hydrolic-tranny etc... they said its an amber-clear, that's listed for several types of Ford tractors but it didn't specify the Ford 545-A

Anyway any advice would be great, thanks
