I know what it is like to be playing out of my leage. Even though my wife is 1.5 years OLDER than me she can not get a glass of wine without showing her ID, and the server call me sir and looks at me like a cradle robbing pervert! She is a whopping 5'2" 110 pounder and I am a greying guy with that I just got out of the military gut growing. It did not take me long to realize that I can not enjoy the food like I used to since I stopped working out so much.
