Ford 655 vin decoding

I have a ford 655A that I am trying to figure out the year of. On the rt side engine # FYNWUT2575. On the left side engine # ONN9424 The only readable tag plate is the one on the Backhoe attachment. The serial # CB4239. Above that is 19-807 The tag states component . From what I have deciphered it's a 1984, I need to know correct year to order parts. Thanx

On the RH ledge of the bell housing is a flat ledge behind the starter that has 3 stampings.
The date code will be 4F16B where:
4=year
F= Month A-M, but not I to indicate A=Jan,
B=Feb, etc.
16=Day
B=Shift

So if yours starts with 4, it is an 84
