Ford 6600 power steering gasket blown 4 times violently

A cover (power steering pump?) on the right side of the tractor with several bolts around it has blown the figure 8 shaped gasket 4 times with a load on the front, the last two times very violently. Someone suggested the bypass is clogged? Hoping for guidance to nail down this problem and get it working so I can unload a truck coming this week. Photos below. David

I just seen that you posted this about two years ago. Did you ever figure out your problem? The reason i'm asking is i have a ford 660 tractor also and have had problems with my power steering leaking and replaced that gasket also several times to no luck much in stopping the leak. It might sop for a few days or so then come right back
