I'm not seeing a turbo and pretty sure the 6610 II didn't have one. 7610 had one for sure. Good idea to have them order.

The circled tube looks like a turbocharger oil return tube. What was it connected to?

That makes sense. I'll ask him and let you know. I'm sure you can put a turbo on the N/A motor, but you would have the piston oilers, lower compression? and other things that make it handle turbocharging. I think the number of fan blades might be different too.

Yes to all the above, and it might be a factory turboed engine. Might want to get the numbers off it and find out what it is before ordering parts.

Thanks for all of your help. It would be awesome if it's a factory turboed motor. For all I know, it's 7610 with 6610 sheet metal. Lol!

He says it has a turbo. Also, it has the inline pump, but says it's a CAV not Simms. I'm confused as I thought the later 6610 had the rotary pump. Lol! Still waiting for the numbers stamped on the transmission. That doesn't tell me much about the motor though. Is there something stamped on the actual block that would give me the actual configuration?received_929190997596849.jpegreceived_921818018294009.jpeg

Look on the right oil pan rail or the right hand vertical flange at the front of the block.
