That makes sense. I'll ask him and let you know. I'm sure you can put a turbo on the N/A motor, but you would have the piston oilers, lower compression? and other things that make it handle turbocharging. I think the number of fan blades might be different too.The circled tube looks like a turbocharger oil return tube. What was it connected to?
Thanks for all of your help. It would be awesome if it's a factory turboed motor. For all I know, it's 7610 with 6610 sheet metal. Lol!Yes to all the above, and it might be a factory turboed engine. Might want to get the numbers off it and find out what it is before ordering parts.
