I purchased a '94 Ford 1620. One of the implements it came with was a 716B front mount snow blower. I have a Shulte 5' rear / 3-point snow blower from my former tractor that works fine. As I look at the manual for the 716B it seems mechanically complicated and rather difficult to hook up. Blowing snow as you are backing up is less then ideal, I get that. I live in Western NY and wonder if I shouldn't sell the 716B as I am told it is expensive to buy. In that way I could recover a couple grand (?), not lose the use of the loader all winter, put either the 6' blade or the 5' blower of the back. If anyone has one of these and regularly switches out the loader for the blower, I would love to hear from them. Thanks

James how much do you want for the front snowblower?

Actually I am going to attempt to install it this Saturday the 5th. If it works out, I will likely keep it and sell the rear mount Schulte. Thanks for your interest.

Ok I hope it works out for you, the front mounts are great used to have one on a 1510. I actually have the rear mount that mounts to the rear of the tractor if you need this part let me know. Once youve hooked it up a couple of times its not really that difficult. it gets easier each time you do it.
