Ford 850

I see a ford 850 sitting locally, condition, Id say given its age is good, not considering age Id say fair. Front tires dryrot splitting, could use paint and some engine gaskets.....4500hrs, what would be a good starting price to offer the seller?

If you want something done faster, increase the voltage. But dont lick the black wire.
