I have a B2150 and am looking at a Ford New Holland Snowblower model 715A. It is supposed to be a Cat.1 3PH type blower.

Does anyone think I would have a problem using this since it is a Cat 1. type? Or is it possible there could be a problem with the shaft length?

Thanks, TimP

I'm not familiar with your specific tractor, and I don't own that blower, BUT the worst case senario is that you buy a new PTO shaft to make it work.

Is the blower new? Or is it used? If it is at a dealer, ask if he will give you a guarantee that it will fit.

I bought a new 3pt snow blower this year and the dealer made sure it would work with my tractor by installing it on a similar tractor that was on his lot. Then he brought it to me and delivered it right to the back of my tractor. He didn't connect it to the PTO (claimed it was a liability issue), but given the service he gave me I figured I could bend over and click it into place.
