Ford NH LS45 Yard Tractor

Does anyone out there have one of these or know anything about them? I just bought one from a private owner on a whim because I thought it was a good deal. It was bought new last spring and cost $4000+. I got it for $3000. It's like new & has low hours. The reason he sold it was because he had some very steep banks and he needed something with a wider track. I wasn't able to try using it because it was raining cats & dogs when I went to look at it. I haven't picked it up yet cause I had no way of getting it home (40 miles away). It has a 18hp twin cyl Kholer, 48in cut deck, large 23in rear wheels, hydrostatic, and elec pto. Will be picking it up in a couple of days. Would appreciate any info from anyone who owns or knows anything about these good or bad....Thanks...Jer

Dude,
First of all ya paid way too much for yer mower. My local NH dealer had a new one on the floor for $3000. I just saw a "98" LS45 end on eBay(#126140021) for $1684. I guess the lesson here Dude is ya better control yer impulse perchases . Do some research b/4 making yer offers-Dude!
