Ford still make any tractors?

I can't find any sites selling new or almost new Ford tractors any more. Do they still make tractors?

An LS Tractor is the closest you can get to a current production Ford tractor. Note the almost Ford Blue. It's part of the reason I bought an LS. Ford>Ford/New Holland>New Holland and now LS makes some of the New Holland tractors.

Better be Ford in 1984! Your 3910 would be morphed into a 3930 in 1997 and be New Holland with tiny Ford letters, New Holland logo in grill too.

The Ford name and Ford blue color had to go away by Jan 1, 2000. New Holland built the 3930,4630 and 545D until 1999 or 2000. They were Ford from one end to the other. Ford 40 and 60 series design elements persisted into the TS and TM series of New Holland tractors. New Holland still builds tractors in the former Ford factory in Basildon, England. Ford designed 4 and 6 cylinder engines built in Basildon were in production through most of the first decade of this century. The 3 cylinder version succumbed to emissions regulations. It was never certified for Tier II.

An additional requirement of the sale of Ford New Holland to Fiat was that 'Ford' had to disappear from the corporate name of any tractor dealer using that name.

I do not know of any similarity between the new LS tractors and the Ford/NH tractors (well, color - sorta). LS is made in Korea. Ford/NH compacts were made in Japan by Shibaura. Do the LS tractors have Shibaura engines?

They did use Shibura engines up until a couple years ago. Now they use an in house engine.
I think his comment stems from the fact that LS makes the Boomer line of tractors for NH. I looked at them during my research and they are literally the same exact tractor LS sells, except LS sells it cheaper with more options and with a better warranty.

I gotcha. Still no real similarity to the Ford/NH compacts these days. I'd buy anything with a Shibaura engine.

NH is still using the Shibura engine in some models, while LS is using something else. They are making more efforts to diverge the product lines.

Wife worked for Ford Aerospace in the late 1980's/early 1990's and we could by Ford vehicles at way, way below dealer cost - known as a 'A-Plan'.

Tried to buy a new Ford tractor in 1990 on the A-Plan....after some calls back to Ford Corporate in Dearborn, MI - answer was no. Ford tractors by that time were no longer made by Ford, but by New Holland. New Holland was using the Ford name under license.
