I'll have to take more pictures. This is the only one I have at the moment. 2 x 4 x 1/4 tubing for the forks. They extend a little longer in the back with a few gussets.
They have a cross tube welded on the top with a 1" ID which slide back and forth on the 1 inch round stock. I'll insert some expended metal and such. Movement is limited to maybe a little higher then what it shows in the above picture. I think the 3pt is rated at 2200 lbs. Not sure what the forks can carry. I did pick up an atv with it, maybe 600 lbs, high enough to just allow tires to clear pavement ( flat surface).

Yep, more pics! I'm almost ready to consider the same with the unavailability of used forks locally and the silly high prices manufacturer's want for them new.

I lucked out last year when I got my forks. Doing some pricing research I found the largest % of price of new forks was for the fork times themselves, frame to them hang them on weren't that much. I checked around with a couple forklift dealers and got 2 pair of used forks for scrap price. OSHA requires forks to be replaced once the tip gets to certain point, so these were scrapped. Bought to frame from dealer, mounted 1 set up for myself, and put the other set up for sale on internet, sold the next day. Ended up having less than $200 in Pallet forks with QA frame for the loader.
