Yes, forty years ago I was eight years out of college, had been working for eight years and had my retirement plans well in hand. I was working in the field of my choice and in the field that I would retire from after twenty years of employment.

Are you 51 now? And 40 years ago...what? parents divorced?

Glad life is good. It gets better!

40 yr ago I was 31 and getting divorced. At 51 I was able to retire and never looked back.
