Foton 254 starting problem

OK everyone, the unit runs perfectly! Here's what happened, I was running it and the injectors seemed fine like Greg was explaining, than I noticed that the hydrolic pump was super hot, here I had the joystick fot the lever pulled down so it was trying to push fluid to nowhere. I have the loader off so I can work on this thing; silly eh. As for grounds, the only grounds bolted to the frame of the tractor is of course the battery and the ground to the alternator, that's it. All those ground connections going back to the alternator ground, wow no wonder there's ground trouble so I modifed and fixed this so there is a proper ground path to the frame!

I hope all is well with your pump now. Keep a eye on your engine oil level and your hydraulic fluid level. If the engine goes up you blew the seal between the engine and the pump. Also, I hope you did not do any damage to the pump itself. If its weak when you put it back together you know what it is.
