Frankenblower's Revenge!

That's pretty funny. You're sandwich may have held up better if you put the glue on the other side of the cheese. :)

I like the start up procedure part.

I had trouble with the HD side being choppy, otherwise very good. BTW, what did you do to your hair?

The shaft was mostly erroded when I got it. I tried a normal key but it loosened up. I then drilled it for a 5/16 roll pin but the hole ended up a bit too large and the pin fell out. I tapped it 1/2 way with a 3/8 -16 and put in a bolt with a gound end and now that' loose. I really need to tap it all the way though but it's hard putting a tap through a hardend crank. Maybe impossible. I'll soon know. I might try a 3/8 roll pin too.

Best to all!

It's a Frankenblower!! just weld it, I know that's not the "right" way, But I've done some unorthodox weld repairs that saved me alot of aggravation.

JB.

Hi JB & Mike!

So, the glue goes under the cheese, you must cook like the wife! :)
As to welding the sprocket on, I've thought about it...it's a last resort...but I might get to that point. Thanks for the posts...

Here is a new version with less technical flaws and it plays better on You Tube. Still trying to figure out the best codecs and frame sizes.

Also, here is how to embed You Tube videos here... Seems hard to find this...
Check out the photo I've attached...use that code and put in the You Tube letters right after the v=

I can't post the code because it tried to execute the text.

Best to all!

Hi JB, Just a quick note to thank you for your suggestion. I welded the sprocket to the shaft today and it's now solid. The shaft is junk, no reason not to. Much like a nail gun, once I got the MIG on it I just kept going. Thanks again!
