Like the 1st photo, nothing like a cold beer after a good run around the house! I definitely will not show theses photos to my wife and daughter, dont need to get into the sheep "bidness" too.

We just got a breeding pair of Katahdin sheep a few weeks ago. Ours look like twins, but they're not.

My grandmother raised sheep. Seems there was always an "oops" from a randy ram and there was often a birth during the wrong time of the year that ended up in the house. We had one that was born in the coldest part of January and the wet ears came into contact with a piece of farm machinery and froze off. The mother abandoned it so it came into the house. It was a rather bold animal so it got the name "fearless ear-less". It followed my uncle everywhere like a good dog. Time came to take it market, my uncle delivered it, went in to collect his money, turned to leave and there was "fearless ear-less" rubbing against his leg. My uncle gave the money back. "Fearless ear-less" died of old age on the farm.

I don't know when they become fertile but do recall serving as "nurse" when my uncle had to use the Nasco castrating tool on the young males (he didn't like the chore either and always gave me the option of doctor or nurse).
