Back in 2020, the MTD site has the ability to download manual if you provide a simple model and s/n. For the most parts, I found a generic s/n worked every time. And it didn't matter if the manual downloaded even matched the equipment. The info just got you access to get in the area to snag a manual.
Not sure if this has been posted before but here it is
