You will like the 10' mower. With your front weights you should be fine. If you get in heavier stuff just slow down a little. Should be a good match.

UPDATE: I picked up the Woods MDS10.40 on Saturday and had the opportunity to put about 5 hours of mowing on the new cutter. I loaded the Kioti RX6620 and cutter on a 24' 14K deckover and other than trying not to take out mailboxes and side view mirrors on the 25 mile trip to my property, everything went smooth. I felt no appreciable difference in the way the tractor handled, but I was able to get a lot more mowed than usual. It was a mix of knocking down weeds in new fields of switchgrass, mowing trails, and completing the 1st cut this year on old pasture that was nearing 4'. I had the power to move at the speed I preferred and the cut looked good. And an extra plus, my Speeco Cat II HD quickhitch fits the new mower much better than the old. The BB840X had Cat I/II settings where the MDS10.40 has Cat II/III and the uprights are spaced wider on the mower and now do not interfere with the top hook. All in All, great purchase! I just wish it matched the Kioti Orange! I'll post some pictures when I get the chance.
