It looks like the worst part of this place (arriving late) is the thousands of threads I'll never be able to read. It's a bit daunting.

Welcome to TBN! check the regional forum for this years PNW picnic scheduling. So far it's at my place in late July unless Cyril changes his mind about his place. :)7

Nope. It's all you brother. Besides, I want a chance to see how those Oregon Highlands look.

Oh you can still read them. The search feature works great and they're all still on the server. Just don't forget when a thread is several years old and post an answer like it was yesterday. BTDT.:ashamed:

Of course, there are times when it's fun to revive old threads.:D

Welcome Bob, your intro reminded me to leave work early today and get some mowing done!
I'm just up the highway in Snohomish County.

You're talkin' to a lysdexic here. Reading this whole site would be my life's work. If I was doing life without parole, and had internet... But then I'd just be dreaming of tractors (and other things).

I think you're about 30 minutes north of me. I'm about 1,000 feet from the junction of SR-9 and SR-522.

Maybe if you're a speed reader.:D

I do my reading with sound canceling headphones and an I-Pod while I mow the disc golf course. All my life, I never read much fiction because it was too much work. Now I have really good readers reading to me while I do the drudge or hide out from the rain (or miss the crap on teevee). Finished a Donald E. Westlake "Parker" book on this morning's mow.

Now that's the way to read. Wish I could get that for TBN.:D The thread I was just reading was posting faster than I could read them. Finnally got caught up..... for the moment anyway.
