front chains on a L 3800?

Good luck, I saved the cloth bag the chains came in. For my rear R4's the style was called "Duo" w/ a stock # of D229.

Yea thanks, I did save the bag for my truck chains. They are cam lock v bar but I have not had them on this year.

Have been running 2 link v-bar's on the L3400 for years pushing a snow plow. I just leave them on all winter long. No issues yet, but pushing uphill I sometimes run low on traction with a full blade! Maybe next year Ill get spacers and rear tire chains.

I've been running ice chains on the back of my L3400 for 4 years now, they were about $550, made by Tellefsdal and marketed under the Norse name.
No experience with fronts.

I too was considering putting front chains on my B3030.I did not due to possible clearance issues.The Tellefsdal chains get an enthusiastic 2 thumbs up from me for their incredible quality.Each link is hardened and they ride on top of the tire without falling between the tread.VERY low profile (no wheel spacers needed).Glad I went with the rear tire chains.

Finally put a set of v bar chains on the front and what a difference. I was moving snow banks back with ease. Now to save for the rear chains. I plan to go easy on them so I don稚 spin the rear and do some damage.
