Hello All,
Got a small twist to the story, there is a hold in the pipe as well and the rubber that couples the 2 pipe pieces together is ripped, is this supposed to be a sealed unit?

If the rubber isn't serviceable, you might find a replacement at a local hardware store. I just went out and looked at my Jinma 284 and that rubber keeper in the middle of the tubes with 2 hose clamps on it looks a lot like a stepped rubber pipe joiner/union like is used to connect the ends of two different diameter drain pipes together. Usually found near the black ABS pipe in the plumbing section
