Try putting taking the tractor out of gear to get the front up. If you have the 1 3/4" cyls you might not be able to with it trying to pull the tractor fwd.

LP1, you stated in your first post you had not checked fluid level. That should have been the first thing checked. When you check, make sure there are no shinny metal filings in the fluid. How many hours on the tractor?

Sorry it took me a while to reply. There are 1500 hours on the tractor. After re-reading some of the replies and trying to learn terminology I watched a few videos again. It appears I was "doing it wrong". I was turning the bucket down and then pushing into the ground. I tried last night by lowering the loader and THEN "curling" (a term I was unfamiliar with) the bucket down. It raised the front end up no problem. I will be checking and replacing the fluid this weekend.
