Here is a quick test to see if fluid is bypassing and going to tank. Dissconnect the return to tank hose where it connects to the transmission sump and set it into a clean bucket. Start your tractor. Fluid should not be coming out the hose. If it does then the relief valve is probably failing.

How old is this loader and valve? Who plumbed it in? Sounds to me like the may be a plumbing issue here. In, out, and power beyond sound out of whack.

If you read the original post of this thread you will see that the plumbing, as described, is correct. That's not to say the poster is reading the valve markings correctly but one has to assume he is since the failure started without disconnecting and reconnecting anything.

The relief valve on my Kubota stuck open slightly which made for no pressure in the 3ph. I took it apart and cleaned it, works great now. When this happened the FEL stopped working to. Does the FEL seem to pick up as much as it used to?

Both the 3 pt and FEL worked great 3 years ago when I bought it, trouble started after a friend pulled a stump with the FEL. FEL has worked fine since, but 3 pt gone bad.
