Front end noise

My front left tire has a rattling noise when turning left

I'd try jacking up the left front end and try wiggling your wheel by hand. If it moves and you hear a metal on metal sound, it could be a wheel bearing.

Could also be a steering knuckle. Hard to know without more info on the type of sound, is it only heard when you turn hard left, or just a little left, etc. Is it a metal rattle, or how does it sound, etc.
