Take another look and determine if the pump is even pumping.
Is the fluid level correct?
Is the pump primed?
If it blew a hose, it was primed and generating volume and pressure.
If the hoses are connected wrong, you will perhaps blow a hose or valve
Can you follow the hose from the pump to either the divider valve , if it has one, or to the FEL? In order to see pressure on a pressure gage, the gage will have to be in a circuit that will generate pressure like a cyl or hyd motor.
If the engine is turning, the pump should be pumping.
Does the hose blow as soon as you start the engine, if it does, check the routing of the hoses.
Try this, remove the end hose going to the FEL, and place in a clean bucket, and start the engine briefly, if you have flow, you can assume that the pump is pumping.
Did you see everything work before you bought the tractor, if so, then it must be something you did.
