Snow Front snow blower for L4760HSTC

Has anyone tried mounting the L2180-1 subframe, this one off a L5030, onto the newer L4760? Kubota tells me I need to buy all new series for the L60 tractors, but there are the older used units out there and it would seem that with slight modification they would work. Would like to hear from any of you that have information of this fit.

There are frame issues with the change of the location of the fuel tank and some other small details. We have looked at it and it possibly could be done with what I would call some major mounting changes in the mid assembly area and the possibility of chassis damage if not done properly. I'd not recommend doing it on a tractor that is still under kubota's warrantee. The main blower unit from the old models they do have the pieces available to use on the new sub-frame.

Thanks for the reply. With the change in location of the fuel tank that makes sense. I might look into buying the new subframe and an older blower unit to cut cost a little. Will be looking at options but now have a better idea of what might be the better way to go. Thanks again for your reply.
