I would not fear the whole 4 wheel drive issue so much, I have not. It should say a lot that a dealer like Ronald at Ranch Hand flips from the get go and loads the rears most of the time. If it was such a problem he would not be doing it because he would have tons of mad customers with broken tractors and he would soon be out of business. That is not the case.
Again do as you wish but I have had no problems with 500 plus hours in 3 1/2 years and Ronald sets them up like this day in and day out and he knows very well that his customers are not always going to take it out of 4 wheel drive.
