Frontier 4in1 bucket, options and pricing

We recommend the HJ2 for the 2000 series tractors and the UJ2 for the 3000 and 4000 series tractors so I would recommend the UJ2 for your tractor and loader. I think the UJ2 design is better for the following reasons.
1.) It has a reversible dozer blade
2.) The top cylinder pin is in front of the main pivot pin which; Protects the rod since the rod is in the cylinder when the bucket is closed, and allows the bucket to open up much wider. The cylinder also has a guard behind it to help protect the cylinder.
3.) More aggressive teeth on the side of the bucket to hold on to brush, trees, etc.
4.) Heavier construction.

So what's your thoughts on the HJ2 vs the UJ?

Matt, Just to reaffirm what you are thinking, I had a Frontier 4 in 1 on my 4720 when I first got it. I had the dealer take it off before I even attempted to use it in my woods for moving logs etc. because it didn't seem rugged enough. I replaced it with the Deere heavy duty materials bucket. If I get a 4 in 1 I will look at the Long bucket as it appears very rugged. Ed
