Frustrated trying to by new Bobcat Excavator

I am looking at buying a new excavator, I have been working with a local dealer, that is trying hard, but is not able to answer a simple question as to the over the side lift capacity. The Kubota website has a very clear chart showing the rated capacity at length of boom extension.I tried calling the Bobcat customer service phone number but all you get is a recording to leave a message and they will get back to you. I even tried leaving a message through the website.

What is up with this Company? Does their new owners Doosan think the customer is no longer important?
