Sooo - this is a camera mounted somewhere - looking out at the ocean, somewhere??? I wonder - is the storm coming or has it already gone past??

Looks like someone already put a new flag on the pole. Also, it looks like the "calm after the storm" already.

The place looks pretty run down, but I could see some potential if you could get a decent way to moor boats.
