there are plans to use certain types of grass to produce ethanol. perhaps a backyard still filled with grass clipping from the lawn mower?

It just amazes me that some people have an absolute distaste for anything that may come along and be "a better way". It's not all about rising fuel cost for everyone trying to come up with alternative fuels. What about when the fossil fuel is gone?
No idea is perfect when it is first born. People laughed at the Wright brothers for years. Take a look around now. Seems they were on to something, eh? If it were all left up to the nay sayers, the wheel would still be square and made of rock.

Think you've just found out the difference between a pessimist and an optimist.
