Oil & Fuel Fuel Gauge Problem on a L4400

I have used many pieces of equipment that come with a stick for a fuel gauge, it becomes a pain in the butt when you know you are getting low and fuel and have to get off and keep checking.

It seems my feul gauge fixed it's self this weekend, I was doing some clearing and looked down at the gauge and it had dropped some. I kept watching it during the day and it was slowly coming down. I guess the float was stuck ,I will see what happens when I fill it up again and see if it sticks again.
