If you want to accelerate the process, don't tighten the top hex collar all the way down at first. That will permit the air in the new line to escape faster. As soon as you see the bubbles turn into raw fuel, THEN finish tightening the top hex collar.
As far as the replacement line, check here. Each line is has a different part number, so you'll have to be specific when you order a replacement.
