Oil & Fuel Fuel line to filter on an L3010

My fuel shutoff valve upstream of the fuel filter doesn't work, so in order to change the filter without making a holy mess I need to clamp off the incoming fuel line.

Question: Is that the one coming into the filter housing from the top?

Pete, the fuel filter has 3 lines... one coming vertically out the top, which is an air vent returning to the fuel tank, and two coming horizontally out the side opposite the petcock. The upper side one is the fuel feed from the tank; the lower side one goes to the fuel pump.
