Then the problem wouldn't be electrical. You can forget worrying about unplugging wires an harness clips.

Where I would start is with a simple jumper lead with battery power. Do this with the key off. Place two finger tips on the pump cover, then touch and release the jumper to the post on the pump. Do this a few times and see if you can feel and/or hear the unit inside click on and off. Try to establish if that's working or not. Those units aren't prone to failure very often, but you never know. Some have been replaced over the years.

Once past that, then work on the fuel supply possibilities. The 5410 has a rear mounted tank, so gravity flow from the tank should be easy to establish.
