Fuel station at home

/ Fuel station at home #11
For diesel, I use 55 gallon plastic barrels and a crank-style hand pump. I have them on rolling carts so I can wheel them around inside my shop. Been doing it this way for the last 5 years and never had any problems. I don't use as much fuel as others, so I didn't see the need for a large exterior fuel barrel.

I just gave another 250 gallon fuel oil tank ste back out of the way. I fill it with regular fuel oil every year and just siphon off that as needed into my 4 diesel cans. Then each one gets some power service added. I always pour it through Mr Funnel when it goes in the tractor and have never found any gunk whatsoever in my primary filter screen.
