Holy cow that is some kind of serious set up. Does it operate by air?

You should think about Grounding straps at various locations. Just pushing fuel through a hose could develop static electricity. The hose should also have continuity to connect all components. Are you also aware that double diaphragm manufacturers make a Plastic composite pump with Graphite so the pump is conductive and suitable for flammable liquids. Don't want to see anyone get hurt.
