FURUKAWA FD45P reviews- Can anyone provide any advice please

Looking at purchasing a 1999 FURUKAWA FD45P. Can anyone provide any feed back on this equipment. Have 100 acres of pines that was just thinned. I need a piece of equipment to help clean up property. (Dress up roads; push out small stumps; move and clean up slash debris etc.) My budget is up to $17-18K. Can purchase the FD45 for about 15K. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Can you get parts if you need them? the woods will be hard on rubber tracks
