Futian defaults NH trade dress suit

I'm not sure this has been posted yet but I read today that Futian defaulted rather than contest NH's claim of trade dress infringement. NH has secured a permanent exclusion order barring importation of tractors that infringe New Holland’s unregistered trade dress.

according to the Trade Commission web site it is still in the discovery stage with a target date of April 2004.
