G Series Garden Tracor

I currently have L4610 and in the market for a lawn and garden tractor. I am so pleased with my 4610, that I thought I would look at the Kubota G series. I've looked at the Bx series, and they are too much overkill for my purposes, besides, my wife is going to use this almost exclusively. Has anyone had any experience with the G2160/Diesel, or the G2160/R48s(with the rear bag, direct shoot material collector system). My wife is in love with the new JD X series lawn tracotrs, and I'm trying to pursuade her to stick with Kubota. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I've also heard Kubota is going to introduce a 15hp, smaller frame BX series in the upcoming owners meeting in Salt Lake in early September. Any info on this or new products that could influence my decision would help. When spending this much $$$ on a lawn tractor, I would like it to be the right decision.

I've had a 1860G for six years, used to finish mow about three acres. the G tractor has never missed a beat. Power steering, water cooled, quiet and a 54" deck. My mother has claimed this unit. Of course I use the New Holland to do the real work/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif.
