heres a side view My intermeidiate hoops were supposed to be pvc pipe but I had a plumbing emergency that took them up. I used some cane poles but the front one broke after I let the doorway get some slack and it got the 100 gallons of water on top. Im planning on tearing down the house across the road and making a 30 by 40 0r longer there in its spot with an underground heater.

let me retry these pictures.

Thanks for the pictures, Now I know that it will work for sure. I was thinking of putting short legs on the ends of the hoops to make it a little higher so you wouldn't have to bend over in it. Do you have to bend over in your's the way you got it?

Nope I im 6'1" and I made my potting table from a 30 inch wide laminated veneer/fiberglass board froman RV slide out that came from work. It spaces it out from the edge enough THat the only bending I do is on the side without table to set my containers. I had thought of it but didnt really have the time to doi it. There was a manure pile there where the house is so I had a little strip down the insidethat had a little manure in it so I made a small bed forthis wintter I can move the table and run some fall vegges. I did learn one thing when starting in peat pots or anything to that matter your tables need to have a mesh or wire top. This lets you heater the bottom of the pots. I had a later start on my seeds because the potting table is 1 1/4 thick. I had a mesh top table in there by accident and every thing on it popped out first. Also next year Im going to use plastic started trays to because thy have less soil and worm quicker for quicker transplants and are cheaper than peat pots. I had wasted quite a few peat pots with things that didnt come up. I learned that most veggies to that I repanted seeds in that I thought didnt make that later did you could just pull the least seedling out and put it in another pot an be on your way. This is my first year starting my plants like tomatoes and peppers and Ie learned alot.

Another update

We're planted up now and the shed is almost done. We added window boxes today (no pics yet) and tomorrow I hope to trench a water line to it. The old greenhouse is torn down and the floor area has yet to be removed so I can plant my squash that are still in post. We had a couple of heavy storms and everything seems leakproof and wind safe glad to report. Had to beef up the fence with a few wires to keep the darned dogs out too.

I think some of the advice about ventilation is spot on as even with the doors open it's getting really hot inside. I'm investigation the differences between temperature activated window openers vs a fan on a thermostat.

Next we'll mulch it all with well rotted manure and then, EAT!
