Gardens for 2021 season

Never ever had summer squash to grow like this. Have gotten probably 20 squash from them so far. I just brought up some creek overflow soil and topped off with my own compost.

Ditto here. I am so tired of squash!!!!

Our peppers, however, didn’t do as well.

this is one of the smaller ones---16 pounds

half cleaned and ready to peel

steamed, strained, mashed and ready to use

finished pie,---well this one is history, ate it before it got cool! lol!

These cook up smooth and tasty!
