Our hunting club signed 2 months ago for $1850 an acre. I'm told going rate around here is now up to $2800, but it seems to have stalled there. There is some legislation as to well drilling being introduced by Rep. Lisa Baker, you might want to look it up. There are a lot of things to consider here, visit Northern Wayne Property Owners Alliance. This is a local group of land owners that have done a good job of getting the most for their money and protecting their property rights.
