Gasoline Prices Up & Down Like a Yo-Yo

The corner Valero Station is $4.85 for premium today...

I can drive 10 miles to the reservation and get gas for $3.23/gal or pay $3.99/gal locally sometimes it is worth the drive.

we thought prices were good around 1.21 per liter 5.49 per gallon....for the life of me i cant figure out why you usa people pay less at the pumps then us..we sell our oil to you guys cheaper then we pay at the pumps for....f%%%king politics...no wonder they took away the right to bare arms here

I would imagine it is the same reason fuel costs more in much of Europe... governmental taxes.

Diesel $3.99.9 here today.

Most of the year diesel has been $3.85 give or take a nickel. Two fillups ago the price was $3.85 in the morning. That afternoon it was $3.99. The price stayed steady and my last fill up was at $3.99. The it jumped up to $4.05 and a few days later it was $4.09. Usually I fill up right AFTER the price goes UP. :laughing:

Gas is MUCHO cheaper than diesel.

If the prices were really like a Yo-Yo, it would have been recalled as a safety hazard. Any Y-Yo that went up more than it went down would be a source of injury. If we're really lucky, we'll get Gingrich for president and get that $2.50 gallon of gas he's guarantying us.

There was something suspicious about the way gas prices kept rising in 2008 and now they are at it again in 2012.
