GC and I got in a fight today......

I won

. I was putting the MMM on and while I was trying to put the front connecter thingy on the frame it slipped out of my hand, then the long rod caught me right below the left eye!

So before I went in to have the medic (wife) look at it, I force fed the GC and made it fit. By the way it is MUCH easier to put that thing on by lifting the deck with the hydraulics first and then the front just slides right in. It could have been much worse, I just got a black eye, and he got a scratched bumper, and a cussin'

It sounds like you may have to increase the length of the front arms. They should engage the front bracket with ease with the mower in the down position.

I also have no problem putting mine on with the deck on the floor....

I did not know that, I will lengthen them by about 1\4" because that is what I am lacking before raising the deck. Thanks guys:thumbsup:, I just thought that was the nature of the beast. The dealer mounted the deck and I just took for granted, since it was level everything was right.
