Wow- you mean the bolt HEADS (for the PTO guard) are on the OUTSIDE of the frame?? If that's the case, no wonder you had a hard time!

i checked my 2410, everything is easy to get at... 5 minute job.:thumbsup:

The nuts are welded (and painted gray) to the frame on my 2410 and the bolts are accessible from the inside.
